  • What it covers: Your fee includes you space and tent only. All tables, chairs, and displays are your responsibility.

  • Size: Texas Burger Bash will provide a 10×20 tent that will be shared with another vendor. A single fee includes HALF of a 10×20 tent. If you need the full 10×20 space, you will need to purchase two spaces.

  • Cancellation Policy: Texas Burger Bash is a rain or shine event, so all sales are final. Booth fees will not be reimbursed or refunded for any reason.

  • Load-in/Load-out: Load-in is from 8am-10am on the day of the event. All vendors must stay for the duration of the event (10am-4pm). Load-out will begin once the award ceremony starts (usually 4pm).
