After three long years of chasing the top prize, Riley Watkins and Bryan Kerr finally clinched the Gold! This team not only secured 1st place in two separate categories but they also achieved the highest combined total judging scores in Texas Burger Bash history. Riley is the Executive Director at Camp Oak Haven and will use his new Blackstone grill prize to bless his campers.
People’s Choice Winner:
Risen Overhead Door
Our newest category this year was People’s Choice. This was a HUGE hit with the general public and we sold out of tickets in less than 40 minutes. The team from Risen Overhead Door, lead by Alex Cutler, received the most votes from the public and won a $250 cash prize! However, in an unexpected act of generosity, the team decided to donate their winnings right back to Texas Burger Bash to increase our giving impact. Alex, thank you for your generosity and continued partnership.
